Friendly and fast - battery replaced the same day

I contacted Phil in relation to my very old iPod classic having stopped working. Phil found that most of the electronics had stopped working. Phil replaced a few parts but most importantly saved all my music. Great service from start to finish. Would throughly recommend

Superb service and outcome. My laptop had battery failure. I posted it to ARK, they communicated brilliantly on WhatsApp, fixed it and posted it back. Good value and great service.

I’ve just had an iPad repaired with a faulty charging port. Phil was very helpful and friendly. Repair was done very quickly so I would recommend to anyone with an Apple product needing a fix.

Dropped my MacBook Pro and as a result the lid no longer knew if it was opened or closed. Phil was able to diagnose, replace the faulty part and fix the problem with zero fuss. Great communication throughout the whole process and I thought the price for his time was very reasonable. Would definitely use him again if needed.

New review: Sent them my HP laptop with a damaged screen. Repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. Cheers. The hard drive on my iPod Classic packed up, so I sent it to these guys. Upgraded to an SSD drive, and a new battery so hopefully I'll have many more years service from it. Top guys, good communications from email and WhatsApp. Will definitely use this company again

Great service from Philip repairing my son's iphone (smashed screen). Arranged an appointment and the repair was completed there and then. Friendly and professsional; will certainly use Apple Repairs Kent again if needed.

Once again I have received excellent service from Apple Repairs. The screen on iPhone XR was badly damaged and barely usable, the charge port didn’t work anymore, I had resorted to a wireless charger. As I live in Maidstone I did ask for quotes at a few of the repair shops but I was unhappy with the responses, all quoted for a replacement port. All tried the heavy sales approach insisting that I should have it done immediately Quite frankly I didn’t trust them enough to do the repairs required. I decided that I would book into Apple Repairs, the repair was completed in 30 minutes and the port was cleaned and didn’t require replacing. Apple Repairs are excellent and trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

Real person review : I had a mac book that had a faulty battery, so I replaced it and left it in a drawer. When I came back to it to get it repaired the battery had expanded and the laptop was dead. In a panic I got onto the Internet to find a place to repair it - as apple wasn't viable. I found Apple Repairs Kent- their contacting system was easy to use, with just the right amount of automation and human interaction. The booking process was simple and the directions to the business were clear and precise. When I showed up I was greeted with a warm smile and an accommodating welcome. I explained the issue and I was given a clear path as to what the next steps would be to try and fix the issue and with that what the costs would be for each eventuality. The advice was upbeat, clear, and reasonable and there was a can do attitude that sometimes you don't get from service repairs. The repair happened promptly, and I When I returned, we chatted for a while and there was a real sense of passion for the work that is done and the desire to really help people with issues with Apple products as opposed to just trying to earn money. It's a business clearly forged from a passion for the products rather than a money making venture. There was so much equipment and tools to complete all manner of jobs it felt like I was in a bond movie when he gets all his gadgets. A great service, a speedy fix and a suitable cost for the remedy. I would highly recommend if you need any future works doing on any Apple products.

Brilliant! Saved me money by cleaning the lightening port on my phone properly, for free. I thought I’d cleaned it out myself, obviously not well enough. He could have just changed the port and charged me a lot of money.

Great service, easy to book an appointment for it to be fixed on same day I dropped it off. Turned out problem was a broken bit of charger in port, so didn’t even charge me for repair. Bonus of free parking directly outside, which made everything even easier. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone with an issue with their Apple device.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU! Phil. My laptop was completely covered from a spilt milkshake. I didn't hold out much hope of it ever working again. But I thought I'd give Phil a call. I thought he'd say "No chance" but he told me to bring it and he'd have a look. The keyboard was all stuck, as you would expect, and couldn't access the internet. To cut a long story short, he diligently worked on it, cleaning it, replacing components and gave it a new sound bar. I couldn't believe it's all working again! Absolutely amazing! Thank you very much Phil. Will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

We had our old 2015 Imac’s hard drive upgraded to the SSD version. Great result the Mac is much faster and no longer hangs up. Great hassle free service from Phillip.
