I have to say the service from Apple Repairs Kent was fabulous. The are located at Chatham Dockyards and even have a video on YouTube to show you how to get to them, which was fabulous! Phil was professional and did the job as fast as he could. I took my MacBook Pro to Apple Repairs Kent after a minor coffee spill, and Phil was fantastic. He completed an inspection and cleaned the internals with great attention to detail within my appointment. Fortunately for me, Phil said the internals of my MacBook were untouched by the spill (very lucky). Professional, honest, and efficient—the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Phil for any Apple repairs!

Friendly and fast - battery replaced the same day

I contacted Phil in relation to my very old iPod classic having stopped working. Phil found that most of the electronics had stopped working. Phil replaced a few parts but most importantly saved all my music. Great service from start to finish. Would throughly recommend

I’ve just had an iPad repaired with a faulty charging port. Phil was very helpful and friendly. Repair was done very quickly so I would recommend to anyone with an Apple product needing a fix.

Dropped my MacBook Pro and as a result the lid no longer knew if it was opened or closed. Phil was able to diagnose, replace the faulty part and fix the problem with zero fuss. Great communication throughout the whole process and I thought the price for his time was very reasonable. Would definitely use him again if needed.

New review: Sent them my HP laptop with a damaged screen. Repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. Cheers. The hard drive on my iPod Classic packed up, so I sent it to these guys. Upgraded to an SSD drive, and a new battery so hopefully I'll have many more years service from it. Top guys, good communications from email and WhatsApp. Will definitely use this company again
