Philip was fantastic today. I woke up this moring to find my iphone stuck on a black screen and just the apple logo. I went to a repair place near... read more my work who said it needed to be reset and I would loose everything on it. No other option. This was also going to cost me £50. I found Apple Repairs Kent on google and called them and spoke to Philip. He said bring it in and he will take a look. I left it with him for about an hour. Came back to collect it and he had managed to rest it completely, without loosing anything on it. All for just £20. I am so grateful for this. Philip was friendly, informative and extremely helpful.
