How much will it cost?

Our call-out fee includes the first hour of work on-site and is paid for upfront when booking below, online.

The call-out fee varies depending on your location:

We then charge £60 per hour after that. Price includes repairing software issues, setting up computers & peripherals, diagnosing hardware problems and tuition. The price does not include any hardware parts or additional software that may be required.

How does it work?

  • Book an appointment using the calendar below.
  • Pay the call-out fee as shown above, which includes the first hour on-site (excluding any parts that might be needed for repairs).
  • Most issues are repaired on-site within the first hour.
  • If further repairs are required and we cannot repair on-site, we will need to transfer your machine to our dedicated workshop. You will be given an estimated repair time for this service. There will be no additional charges for time unless a hardware repair is required.
  • Once repairs are completed, we will organise a suitable time to return your machine, set it back up in your home or office, demonstrate it working and or provide tuition.
