We offer a FREE collection and drop-off service within Medway Towns. If you’d like us to collect outside of Medway, there may be a small surcharge to cover fuel and time unless you have a bulk collection, then we offer a FREE collection outside of Medway.

We know it can be difficult for you to be around at certain times of the day, which is why we give you a choice of collection times throughout the day. We endeavour to collect from you between these hours:
- 9am – 1pm
- 1pm – 5pm
- 5pm – 9pm
We only collect during weekdays.
