They do exactly what they say. Repaired unit returned promptly and worked! Delighted to save all that money and landfill. And it's not hard to remove/refit the unit with the right screwdrivers.

I asked Philip to dispose of and wipe the hard drives of 3 of my older laptops. From the first contact to the execution of the task, Philip was very courteous and efficient. Upon completion, Philip issued certificates of the wiping of the hard drives. I’ll certainly return to him should I need any equipment to be serviced or repaired.
